Crufts 2024

1. The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of Vet’s Kitchen (the Promoter) and their families or households are not eligible to enter.

2. Details of how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions.

3. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final, and that the entrant agrees to abide by these rules.

4. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. All prizes are non-transferable. There are no cash or prize alternatives.

6. Entries must be submitted via Facebook or Instagram.

7. Prizes available as follows: a pair of adult tickets for general admission ONLY to Crufts on Sunday 10^th March 2024. This does not include transport, accommodation or entry to any of the arenas or best in show.

8. The winner and runners up may only be awarded one prize and cannot win multiple times.

9. The acceptance, disqualification or deletion of entries, without explanation or prior notification, is entirely at the discretion of the Promoter if the Promoter believes an entrant is in breach of these terms and conditions.

10. In addition, the Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries. All entries must be received by email by Midnight on Sunday 3rd March 2024.

11. Winners may be selected within 1 days and give permission to be contacted to request email details.

12. If a selected winner does not claim their prize within 2 working days of being advised of winning the Promoter reserves the right to a redraw from the remaining valid entries to select an alternative winner.

13. All prizes will be delivered via email within 24 hours of confirmation of winners email address.

14. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result there-of.

15. By entering the competition, it will be assumed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and disclaims any liability for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

17. The competition will be governed by English law. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize and except for the purpose of carrying out the promotion, contacting winners and sending out prizes.

18. The Promoter will not use entrants’ personal data without the express consent of the entrant.

Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with Subscribe & Save. However, you are welcome to cancel your next scheduled subscription order, and order a one-time purchase using the code provided.
Promotions on vetskitchen.co.uk can be removed or changed at any time at the sole discretion of the company.
Only one promotional code can be used per purchase – this includes discount roles or any personally assigned codes.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to select the appropriate promotion code for their purchase.
We will limit the number of times any promotional code can be used
Trial packs are limited to a maximum of x4 per household

Prizes available as follows: First prize: a 12-month supply of Vet’s Kitchen dog food and gold medal. Second prize: a 12-month supply of Vet’s Kitchen dog food and silver medal. Third prize: a 12-month supply of Vet’s Kitchen dog food and bronze medal. The winner and runners-up may only be awarded one prize and cannot win multiple times.

1.1. Talkable (“we” or “Talkable”) offers customers (“you” or “Advocates”) of Vet’s Kitchen (“the Merchant”) the opportunity to refer friends (“Friends”) to try the Merchant’s goods or services (“Merchant’s Services”) (“Talkable Referral Program” or “Program”).
1.2. These terms apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a referrer (“Advocate”) and a friend (“Friend”) referred to the Merchant’s Services.
1.3. By participating in the Program, Advocates and Friends agree to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register as an Advocate or Friend or participate in the Program in any manner.
1.4. We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions. You may terminate this Agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any such amendments but by continuing to use our website or the Program you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.

2. Referrals and Rewards

2.1. The offer is subject to a £20 minimum spend.
2.2. There are limits in place on how many and how frequently referrals can be made by any single referrer. Rewards may not be given if those limits are exceeded.
2.3. Rewards must be claimed before the expiration of codes.
2.4. Vet’s Kitchen reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Advocate at any time.
2.5. Vet’s Kitchen reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.
2.6. Vet’s Kitchen reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to prevent any individual from participating in this or future promotions.
2.7. Referral credit cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash.

3. Data Processing

3.1. Vet’s Kitchen permits Talkable to collect PII data (can include but not limited to name, email address, IP address, and shipping address through shopping cart integration) in order to successfully manage the referral program.
3.2. Talkable will collect, process and store customer’s PII data.
3.3. Talkable may pass customer PII data to third-party vendors only for the necessity of carrying out the referral program. Talkable will only pass PII data to third-party vendors agreed to by Vet’s Kitchen. These third-party vendors will not contact the customer and are not permitted to pass customer PII data to any other vendors.

4. Removal from Referral Program

4.1. If a customer wishes to be removed from the referral program, they can do so by contacting: support@talkable.com.
